Our Accomplishments
- Spread knowledge about HIV and AIDS and clarified local myths
- Used youth-oriented techniques to raise HIV awareness
- Encouraged youth to express their leadership roles in theircommunities by example and through guidance
- Promoted confidence building through sports and the performing arts
- Discussed partnership opportunities between Indian and Canadian organizations
- Through the arts: gave youth a venue for self expression
- Hosted workshops for over 900 children and youth throughout 2 cities and 4 rural communities
- Provided 25 First Aid kits of varying sizes, throughout rural communities
- Distributed over 1000 condoms
